After registering and applying the updates, PDF Fusion worked on Win7 when creating PDFs of web pages. Older Microsoft documents also work using an add-in that is installed. However, newer Word .docx documents do not always work. When a PDF is successful, often the headers, footers and images are in different locations in the PDF and unsuitable to be used. The other issue we had on multiple PCs was that importing Office 2010 docs takes a very long time and eventually PDF Fusion always asked if I would prefer to use their internal gDoc importer Y/N? No= no PDF created, Yes= mis-formated .docx documents. When used on web pages and .doc office documents, the PDF quality was in line with my Adobe PDF, and superior to free solutions like PrimoPDF. Links and TOC's are auto created and work perfectly, which is a nice feature. I use a larger monitor and prefer to view PDF's in a 2-page view, which surprisingly is not an option with Corel.Lastly, the primary reason I wrote this review was to confirm other reviews that Corel's support is horrible and more frustrating than anything I can describe. Only EM support is available. My original email described the specific issues I was having, and the steps I took to troubleshoot. A week later I received a reply that was canned and suggested I re-register the product, which I stated in my email was done. After multiple emails back to Corel, I received an email suggesting that I uninstall and reinstall, as well as modify my registry. Again, I noted in all of my emails that I already installed multiple times. The final (third) email they sent me (13 days later) informed me that my free support was up.Email: "Due to the complexity of this issue, further help is needed that is beyond what level 1 support can provide. We recommend that you buy a Priority ticket so that a level 2 agent can assist with your concern." Each support issue costs $19.I sent 6 emails, and Corel refused to comment or reply to my specific question on whether Office 2010 was even supported. If it isn't, no problem just tell me. If it is, then I will continue to troubleshoot.
